Matt Morrissey
Principal and COO
Matt Morrissey has spent over 20 years in staffing operations. Under his leadership, Fusion Cell has received multiple accolades from organizations such as the ESGR (2022 Pro Patria, Patriot Award, “Above and Beyond Award”) and the U.S. Department of Labor (2021 Platinum Hire Vets Medallion Award). With an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in International Studies from Colby College, Morrissey is currently based in Massachusetts with his family.
Radek Ciesielski
Vice President
Radek was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. He immigrated to United States as a teenager and joined the ranks of USAF in 1999. After 20 years of active duty with assignments in Civil Engineering, Combat Communications and Recruiting Command, he retired as a passionate and bold leader. After his post military entrepreneurial ventures, he came across Fusion Cell and saw an opportunity to help others. As a VP, his main focus is to build verticals for transitioning service members while growing the Fusion Cell delivery engine. Simultaneously, he is helping to build a brand and a culture of a winning team amongst fellow teammates and industry leaders. Radek is currently based just outside of Los Angeles, California.
Jeremy "Monte" Montgomery
Vice President, Government Services
Monte leverages 23 years of military service including time as Recruiting & Retention Superintendent with the U.S. Air Force. Monte has 16 years of active business development and recruiting experience. Today, he helps organizations attract, understand, and translate the skills of our United States military Veterans, transitioning service members, and relevant community members. Monte lives in Washington with his family.
Jack Hosterman
Director of Business Development
Jack served almost 6 years of service in the Air Force as an Officer. Post-service, he found himself actively involved in organizations such as the Convention of States in Texas, advocating specifically for veterans. He brings over 19 years of C-level staffing experience to Fusion Cell, and he previously served as an Executive Senior Partner for a global consulting firm. Jack lives in Texas with his family.

Anthony Negron
Principal and Military Talent Architect
After a 26-year career in the Air Force, Tony Negron’s post-military career mission was to aid both active duty and separated veterans through business ventures and charitable organizations. He is the architect behind Fusion Cell’s critical relationships with partners in the Department of Defense. With his associate’s degree in criminal justice from the Community College of the Air Force, Negron is currently based in New Hampshire.
Jack Heath
Principal and Business Development
Over the past four decades, Jack has forged a career in media and broadcasting, becoming one of the most recognizable on-air talents and news directors in New England. Entrepreneur, media consultant, author and avid advocate through various charitable foundations, Jack is the driving force behind the strategy and mission of our company. He is also the host and producer of our podcast “The Military Effect.” He lives in New Hampshire with his family.
